Version 6.5 of the Pneumatic Symbol Library contains over 800 symbols, all of which comply with the ISO 1219 standard. Some of these symbols are common to the CADSYM Hydraulic Symbol Library. The Pneumatic IS01219 library includes:- Pneumatic valve outlines, solenoids, actuators, fixed and variable flow controls and over 100 center spool configurations. Also included are filters, heat exchangers, relief valves, cylinders, compressors, motors, check valves, reducing and regulating valves.

All symbols are accessed from pull-down menus and icon dialogue boxes. When possible, brief descriptions have been assigned to the symbols. The symbols are accurately drawn on Layer 0 with a snap value of 0.2 (2.0) and a grid setting of 0.4 (8.0), depending upon the choice of Imperial or (Metric) sized drawing sheets.

Add-on menus are provided for use with AutoCAD R13.c4 to 2011, and AutoCAD LT95 to LT2011. These menus are preferred, since they do not interfere with any prior menu customization and toolbar settings. Versions of AutoCAD and LT prior to AutoCAD R13.c4 and AutoCAD LT95 versions, are no longer supported by CADSYM.
